On Friday, June 06, 2008 the new Southern Palette TV show was born. The show will consist of an ultra high-end food channel style kitchen, compliments of Garner TV & Appliance. Half of the 90-second spot will feature fast-paced finger painting and the other half will be food tips and down home philosophy. Monday of each week will begin the week's theme for example: Italian. Each day Allen will paint approximately 1/4 of the theme painting and prepare a corresponding food dish, by Thursday the painting will be finished, all the weeks' dishes will have been prepared. Friday's show will consist of the finished painting framed; all the dishes set out for the shows guests ready to be garnished. On Friday, we will also be announcing next week's theme. The show can be seen in its entirety on our website and the recipe for each dish will be made available.

The pilot for this show went so smoothly in production we feel certain the TV stations across the country that will be receiving this promo will be excited as we are. As this project progresses we will be inviting our loyal customers and viewers to attend the taping so as to be able to enjoy not only being part of the production but getting to sample some of the wonderful food dishes Allen will be preparing. “The Art of Living”

Allen  speaks on “The Art of Living” which encompasses getting the most out of every day, realizing your dreams and following them. He uses his own life experiences as a guide to helping others avoid the pitfalls of life and understanding the difference between perception and reality. He teaches people to want more for others than they do for themselves and how good things are drawn into us by adopting that philosophy.
 Allen uses humor, down home common sense along with question and answers to make everyone feel at ease.  They then can open their hearts and feel that they are not alone in this search. He helps everyone to realize that every day of their life is a blank canvas and should be painted well. Allen explains how colors that make up a beautiful painting are like facets of your spirit which go to make up a beautiful life.
